New Health and Safety Procedures at TSZ - March 18, 2022

2020-03-16

We are currently open for individual training sessions and team training sessions.  All activity is conducted under the current provincial guidelines for sports training facilities.

# of individuals - The maximum number of people in the facility at any one time will be controlled in accordance with the health and safety of the individuals in mind and the provincial guidelines as they apply at the time.  One parent is permitted entry to watch private sessions.  Siblings and other family members will be prohibited from attending team practices.

Payment.  The administrator will collect payment from the attendees prior to them entering the training area.   All payments will be cashless and the administrator will hand the POS machine to the parent and sanitize it after each use.

Cleaning  All participants will be required to use hand sanitizer upon entering the facility.

Participants – All participants must complete the online self-assessment provided by the Provincial government (either through the OnDeck app or through COVID-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment) prior to attending; should they fail the assessment they MUST NOT attend.

All clinic registrants must provide a phone number or email address in order to allow for contact.  For team rentals the team management is responsible for attendance tracking.  All participants must bring their own equipment.  Clinics will be separated by 15 minutes in order to allow for cleaning and reduce the possibility of cross-contamination of participants.

Although the provincial mancdate regarding wearing masks has been lifted, we leave it at the option of individual to do what they feel best for themselves.
