What we have to Offer

The Strike Zone offers two separate 3800 sq ft training areas, weight room and meeting rooms (as well as providing a reception area, and two washrooms one of which is wheel chair accessible).  The training areas can be rented out as a whole for team use. In addition private instruction sessions can be arranged (either for 30 minute or 60 minute durations).

Our "Cage Side" offers:

• full coverage in 1.5” artificial turf.
• two 55' cages that can be elevated individually to provide full floor space. Both come equipped with an Iron Mike pitching machine.  The batting cages can be elevated so as to open up the training area for other uses. 
• two portable pitching mounds.  These can be used with a full 60’6” distance to two home plates.
• areas for baseball ‘T’ work.
• small cage for soft toss or other batting drills.
• large screens which can be moved  to section off various hitting stations.

Our "Floor Side" offers:

• fully covered artificial turf
• 14'x 70' retractable batting cage
• two full sized pitching mounds - one located in retratctable cage for live hitting
• plyo wall
• pitching machines

Fitness Room

• two power racks
• olympic bars
• Free weights
• stationary weights
• slam balls
• weight sled

 

Meeting Rooms

Committee room (300 sq ft) complete with whiteboard and portable projector and screen

• individual/team meetings
• committee meetings 
• portable projector and screen
• chairs and tables

Boardroom (450 sq. ft.)

• overhead projector and ceiling mounted screen for presentations.
• tables that can be moved into various settings for either clinics or meetings
• 40 chairs that can be used in theatre style configuration for presentations/meetings.
