Cancellation Policy

All Private Lessons, Group Lessons, Team Practices and Cage Rentals are subject to a cancellation policy:
Cancellations 48 hours notice (Full Refund or Credit)
Cancellations 24-48 hours notice* (50% refund or credit of TSZ rental fee**)
Cancellations less than 24 hours*  (no refund or credit of TSZ rental fee**)
*The exception would be facility closure, or player safety due to current road/weather conditions.
